CVS results

Hi all,
I had the news after my 12 week scan that baby was 1 in 5 risk of DS. Normal NT at 1.5mm although low PAPP-A and high HCG. I was advised that the NIPT test wasn't as reliable in higher risk categories (between 1in5 and 1in10) so I opted to have the CVS test. My placenta was very think but the doctor managed to get a small sample. The test was Monday (28th) morning and have still not had the results so am going crazy in googling.
Has anyone had experience in this with having such high risk results, or how long it takes for initial CVS results to come back?
Thanks

Hello, did you receive your results yet? I had one of these done yesterday and they said it can take up to 2/3 weeks. I had 1/35 chance.
