I'm 5+4 weeks today. For the last few days I have been having quite a lot of brown discharge, and this morning I have had some bright red spotting, just a little. The cramping I had in the first couple weeks has come back quite strong and quite low down, feeling just like a period. Not as strong, but still painful, with some mild lower back pain. I'm dreading finding more blood later. Does the brown discharge, spotting and cramping mean this is a miscarriage? We've been trying for over a year and this baby is so, so wanted. I cant bear this waiting to see if it gets worse or not. Feeling absolutely devestated
