Can Clear Blue dye leak after 10 min?

I took 2 Clear Blue rapid detection tests on 7DPO and 10DPO. They both initially came out negative but after an hour of taking them, there were very feint lines that indicate a positive. Does this mean the dye is just leaking? Or could it be a delayed result - I don't even know if this is possible?

They're evaporation lines which is common with blue dye tests. They should only be read up to the time limit is says in the instructions. Good luck! :)

I took one of these four days before my period was due. Came up negative. I looked at it at few hours later and there was the faintest line. I tested the next day with a digital early and it was positive! So you never know, try a digital test. Good luck :)

I'm not TTC but it would be such a blessing anyway! I was more curious about whether or not the dye can leak. I wish they sold First Response in South Africa but unfortunately we only have Clear Blue and then a bunch of generic cheap ones.

Hi! Did you take another test? ❤️

I've had a similar thing started with vvvvfl during time window and about an hour later very dark clear positives not patchy or thin. I'm not sure what to think.
