Is this normal? Second pregnancy. I remember having cramps when I was pregnant with DS but can’t remember how long they lasted. They seemed to tail off around week 8 but they’ve ramped up again now at 10 weeks. They feel like little twinges and period cramps. They aren’t too painful but I’ve had spotting on and off throughout this pregnancy and one bright red bleed. Had two scans and all was ok but I’m still worrying. Did/does anyone else still have period type cramps at this point? My next scan isn’t until I’m 13+1 :(
