Hi, I have just lost my mucus plug at 40+4. How long after losing your mucus plug did labour start for you? Thanks

I lost mine early at 31-32 weeks, when I went into the drs for a routine check the next day they said I was in Labour and having contractions (light ones). That was around 12 hours later.

A few hours later. He was born the following evening at 40+5 :) Good luck!

For me it was 3 days. Lost my plug on the 5th, waters broke on the 7th, DD born on the 8th

I'd already had a few mild contractions when I lost mine. He was born about 12 hours later. Good luck!

7 weeks after with DC3 Hmm I can guarantee you won't have to wait that long OP!

1-2 days

About a week, I lost most of mine at 38+5 then kept losing little bits for the next few days. Waters went at 39+5 and DS2 was born at 39+6.
