Third trimester and feeling so down and irritable

32 weeks pregnant and over the past couple of weeks I've felt so low. I'm so irritable and snapping at DH and DS. Today I've been fighting tears all day at work. I don't remember feeling like this during my last pregnancy. I did after baby was born though-I didn't cope well
with poor sleep. But at the minute I'm still sleeping really well from around 10pm to
7am. Anyone else feel like this in late pregnancy? Praying it goes away. I just want to hibernate.

I get you! I'm 30 weeks with my second DD and I do find myself getting down and tired, both physically and emotionally. I think it's our bodies telling us to slow down and I am finally realising I need to listen to it. I keep comparing this pregnancy to my last. I don't think I felt like this last time but I didn't have a 3yo to lift and play with!
I get overwhelmed very easily and worry about the smallest things and blow tiny disagreements with DH out of proportion. I know I'm being a nightmare but it isn't forever... it just feels like it! I worry I'm not being present for DD and just wishing this time away!
Sorry OP, no solution but just saying I know how you feel and you're not aloneThanksxx

Yep, totally get it. 31+3 and I’m ready to lose my shit with anyone and everyone. Had the IL’s over at the weekend and nearly erupted because my MIL had the audacity to serve food directly onto my plate instead of allowing me to serve myself. Which I know is completely irrational, but I keep thinking back to it and it is still making my blood boil 🤣

I feel you... its hormones.

Mine improved massively after 34 weeks but weeks 14 to 34 were a roller coaster

Pregnancy has made me feel anger and rage like I have never known (It frightened me at times)

Thanks everyone. I've woken up today feeling good so far. Poor DH came to tell me he left tonight's dinner sitting out all night, forgot to put in fridge (I'm funny about stuff like that). He had a look of fear on his face. He looked surprised when i said "that's ok we'll have something else". And breathe 🧘‍♀️ at least I can blame the pregnancy hormones

I'm 30 weeks and I feel the same. I think mine is due to lack of sleep which probably is making me irritable.

Sympathies @Emily199034 I'll be worse once the sleep deprivation of last few weeks kick in
