Has any One had a period like bleed but then felt pregnant?

I posted a few days ago saying about how i was 4 days late for AF, well I came on and although it seemed like a normal period, since it had stopped, i have felt nauseous, tired and just a bit meh.

With my 2nd I bled quite heavily from 5 weeks and then on and off through 1st trimester but I can't remember if it was like

Has anyone had experience of this?
I feel pregnant but the period has thrown me.

I'm also fairly confident when I ovulated also so being Late for AF seems off too.

Like I said, I bled with my 2nd and that was what they think was caused by a cervical polyp but can't remember if this was similar.

Worried too and also can't get one or do one due to work etc. I'm fairly certain I'm not due to the period like bleed but the nausea has thrown me. TMI but my cervix is also soft which is really unusual for me.

Gp actually thought I had cervical polyps again recently so maybe it was that but who knows.

I guess im just wanting to write down my thoughts and see if anyone's had the same and then gone on to have a normal
Pregnancy if I am.

A test is the only way to know. Can you order one online, from amazon or similar? Or a 24 hour supermarket or pharmacy would stock them if you work odd hours.

With my last baby I tested positive on 7dpo and my lines got darker daily, tbey day my period was due I started to bleed! I freaked out thinking I was having a very early miscarriage but the bleeding stopped a couple of days later and my pregnancy continued.
Had I of not known I was pregnant I would have assumed that was my period

@crazymum03 friend was actively trying. Her period arrived so she thought she was out that month. Next period never arrived and she found out from the dating scan that it was clearly not a period. She now has a 5 year old

Yes, happened in both my pregnancies. Bled 14 dpo so assumed it was a period. Very much the same as a period, just stopped abruptly after 3-4 days instead of fading out after the usual 5-7 days.
A couple of days after 'period' I felt a bit odd and nauseous and so took a test around 20dpo.

Yes me! In fact with my third pregnancy I knew I was pregnant because of the implantation bleed. It was earlier than my period and around ovulation time. I think we underestimate the effect of implantation on our bodies.

I think it's normal for some people to bleed a bit in pregnancy. For obvious reasons it's taboo for health professionals to say this and it's always worth getting it checked out. But I bled at the start of each pregnancy and a few times later in pregnancy with my first, and third.

Well I'm going to hold out and see, i just constantly feel a bit nauseous which is so odd.
It was genuinely like a period so maybe I'm just coming down with something.

Hi there, any update were you pregnant? I am currently experiencing same as you. I had a full blown period but thought i might be preg due to tiredness, nausea etc however i do suffer with ibs, which mimic preg symptoms but i never usually feel this nauseous. I noticed i felt this way mainly when im hungry. i also had a bad day of feeling off and dizzie, maybe i was dehydrated. I have no kids but my husband and I are trying. I have also heard women can bleed for various reasons especially during early preg.
