Hello! Thought I'd start this group as it doesn't seem to exist yet and would be good to hear from anyone due in November! I know it's ridiculously early days but it's nice to have other people going through the same thing at the same time ☺️ x

Hi I’m due November 2nd and same thing happened to us, where due to start fertility treatment the next month after we got the positive 8 weeks now. ❤️

Rosie399 · 23/03/2022 22:00

Also would love to join the Facebook group if someone can send me an invite :-)

Heymammmma · 23/03/2022 22:01

November 2nd ❤️🙌

MLB1984 · 23/03/2022 23:07

That was me @Bramblecrumble21! I saw it online that it was the least popular month but mainly because people would be aware of contraception as it's Valentine's Day which seems weird! 😂 also irrelevant if ivf baby! Anyway let's hope its a quiet month for all of us...London maternity wards are not looking great right now! 🤦🏻‍♀️ x

Thanks everyone who replied re medication. Definitely something I’m going to discuss with the dr, I feel like it’s worth a try to lower my dose and see how I go. But for also want to do everything I can to avoid pnd too, a lot of factors contributed to for me also so I have some idea what to do/avoid this time round!

Emailer2511 · 24/03/2022 06:39

Hi, I’m 5 weeks tomorrow, due 25th November ❤️

It’s my first pregnancy and I’m struggling with intermittent stomach cramps but I’ve been assured by Dr (and lots of thread on here) that it’s normal. I’ve booked an early scan two weeks today to try and put my mind at ease.

kentiapalm · 24/03/2022 06:43

@NotAdultingToday
Thanks yeah the not knowing is the worst bit.
I took some more tests this morning and clearblue digital has dropped down to 1-2 weeks and the frer was very faint. So I think a miscarriage is imminent and I'll leave this thread now sadly.

Feb85 · 24/03/2022 07:08

Good morning everyone, so I am 7+1 today and have my private scan this evening I am super excited but also extremely nervous and worried that everything is going to be ok and baby is safe and healthy as I have had a lot of cramps on and off and my symptoms have disappeared a lot compared to the start of my pregnancy. As this is my first pregnancy and I am not so knowledgeable about everything I have read that they might do a Transvaginal ultrasound today just wondering is this completely safe for baby at this stage.

Rosie399 · 24/03/2022 08:25

@Feb85 absolutely a transvaginal scan is safe - don’t worry ❤️ But ask them all these questions before they start so you can get lots of reassurance

Rosie399 · 24/03/2022 08:26

@Emailer2511 our due dates are similar I’m 27/28th at the moment :)

Feb85 · 24/03/2022 08:46

Thank you so much for your reply @Rosie399 that's really reassuring to know and yes I definitely will do x

Emailer2511 · 24/03/2022 09:17

@Rosie399 congratulations! How are you feeling? These cramps are giving me major anxiety!

fox95 · 24/03/2022 10:36

Hi, I’m due November 25th. This will be my second child and has come as a huuuuge surprise (started a new job on the day I found out) so I’m still a bit all over the place!

roobearbaby · 24/03/2022 11:38

Is anyone else already worried about being pregnant in mid summer when it is going to be super hot? 😂

Cocobeau · 24/03/2022 11:44

@roobearbaby totally!! We're going to be getting big during the hottest part of the year and we do tend to get pretty warm Octobers too now. I'm trying not to complain too much about my current symptoms because I need my husband to still have some sympathy left in summer [laugh]

Rosie399 · 24/03/2022 12:33

@Emailer2511 the cramps are also totally normal - it’s my second and I remember having lots with my first and worrying - it’s just the uterus stretching and growing. I’m feeling okay - I feel a bit nauseous but I don’t know if I’m overthinking it because I know?! I can’t remember being sick with my first this early on!

NotAdultingToday · 24/03/2022 12:45

@roobearbaby im trying not to think about it! I was 8/9months pregnant with my ds in 2017 (he was due july) which was the hottest summer in 30 years that was awful!! Im hoping this time round it wont be as bad as that!

xreadytoglow · 24/03/2022 13:15

I'm back from my scan.

Everything went well 🥰! I cried and shut my eyes whilst waiting for her to show me or say anything. Then I just heard her say 'so there's a heartbeat'. And I just burst into tears. She showed us on the screen and could see it flickering away. I turned to look at my wife and she was crying too ❤️. This is our first so it's all very new to us. We're just so elated and so, so excited to tell our parents. Baby is measuring 10.6mm and spot on for 7w+2.

I hope everyone else who has a scan coming up has the same experience 🤍

The picture is super freaky though 😂😂 it looks like a dinosaur with it's mouth open hahaha

Due November 2022!
Feb85 · 24/03/2022 13:32

@readytoglow aw wow that's amazing congratulations, I have my scan this evening and am both super excited and extremely anxious at the same time seeing your post gave me a big smile

xreadytoglow · 24/03/2022 13:39

@Feb85 thank you ❤️
I'm sure it will be absolutely fine. I was a nervous wreck too so I don't have any advice on that front but I wish you all the best of luck

Feb85 · 24/03/2022 13:44

@xreadytoglow aw thank you and congratulations again sounds like a really lovely experience x

Cocobeau · 24/03/2022 14:12

I am all over the place today. I feel like I want to burst into tears for no reason, I have no energy or enthusiasm to do anything, I can't even be bothered to eat. I have this weird physical sensation that I don't know how to describe, almost restless I guess and worst of all I'm questioning if we're about to ruin our easy, happy life by having a baby, almost as though I regret getting pregnant. I really hope this shifts soon, just needed to let that out.

tigger2022 · 24/03/2022 14:36

@Cocobeau I have exactly the same, which is strange especially as it took so much effort to get pregnant... now I'm questioning everything! Will I cope? Will I be a good mother? I'm already worrying he/she won't like me!! Blush

I don't really feel pregnant at all, I feel like I've got the flu! Going for an early scan today so if they manage to see anything this early, I hope that will reassure me!

Overlyanxious · 24/03/2022 15:03

@xreadytoglow congratulations. I'm so pleased x
