Right side abdominal and back pain, no bleeding, 6 weeks pregnant?

Hi everyone,
This is my first time here. Bit of background info. 32F, currently around 6 weeks pregnant (LMP suggests 8 weeks but I ovulated late.) This is my 4th pregnancy (all with DH) - I have a 10 year old son and have had two miscarriages in the last 10 months. One was fairly straightforward. The other was a blighted ovum at 10 weeks which needed MVA removal. So I'm particularly anxious this time round.
Early hours of Saturday morning I turned over in bed and felt a sharp pain in my lower right abdomen, almost like a pull/twist type pain. It was tender to touch, I rubbed the area and it went away. I immediately then needed a BM (sorry for TMI) and had two in the next hour. (This isn't necessarily unusual for me though as I tend to circulate between not being able to go and then having the desperate urge and needing to go immediately. Also comes on with anxiety so quite possible the pain just made me anxious.)
Since then, for the rest of the weekend I have had dull pain/ache in my right abdomen that radiates into my back on the right side too. I've been out walking etc so hasn't stopped me doing anything but I'm conscious that it isn't improving. When I had a BM this morning the pain felt strong, now it's dull again. I've called in sick at work and going to try my doctors first thing. I've had no bleeding and the pain doesn't feel like my MCs so that doesn't concern me in that way but you read about ectopics and the thought of that is freaking me out. Then I wonder if with it happening when I turned over, have I just pulled something? Is that even possible in that area?
Has anyone experienced similar who can offer any advice? Thanks.

Please go to your emergency room. I had an ectopic pregnancy, and your symptoms are very much like what I experienced.

Hi @Bulbasaur90 I had this at 5 weeks and went to EPU theh examined me said everything looked felt fine but wanted to scan me 2 days later when they scanned everything was fine and the lady who done my internal scan said by bowels were backed up and she thought the right sided pain was from that. I never had bleeding to start but after that scan I did spot brown for a few days. Early pregnancy I had the most horrendous conspitation. Ask your GP to refer you to EPU or if your area lets you self refer do that always better for piece of mind to know everything is in the right place early on

Yes. See someone asap about this. Unfortunately it does sound like ectopic symptoms.

I'm booked in with my GP in half an hour. They have a scanning machine so I will ask him to check.
I have the odd twinge of pain in the other side too - would this rule out ectopic?

@Flowerbug1994 did your pregnancy progress ok?

Update: saw my GP and he scanned me, baby is definitely in my uterus 😊 he prodded around and said the pain I'm feeling is around my bowel and nowhere near the uterus so he's prescribed me some lactulose and we'll see how it goes.

Congratulations exactly the same as me !!! Yes my pregnancy is progressing fine am 25+3 now and all is well. What a relief it is when they see it in your uterus. I had convinced myself I was eptopic !

I had pain in my side in my first pregnancy. Obviously you need to rule out ectopic as you have. For me it was normal ligament pain.
