Intense cramps

Me and my husband have been trying to conceive for about two years already we’ve had about three chemical pregnancy/miscarriages and we finally tested positive this month I’ve been testing positive for the last week I’m about 17 days post ovulation.The test for getting darker but not as dark as I would like or think they should be but I think again it’s just my nerves since I’ve already been trying for two years and I have had three unsuccessful attempts but this one is totally different like I really feel tender breasts or nipples I’m moody and recently in the last three days per May tracker I’m supposed to get my period but I lightly spotted like a blush pink yesterday but for the last few days have been having a really intense on and off cramping is anyone else have that and had a successful pregnancy or should I be worried I have a doctors appointment tomorrow and bloodwork scheduled….

Also - the cramps are so intense I mean it almost stops my in my tracks - but I have no bleeding - and as fast as they come they go 😅😩 - have had three unsuccessful pregnancies should I be worried or is this just baby getting ready for the big 9 months and making a home — have a dr apt tomorrow but ahhhh wanted to see if any one on here has had this

In my experience cramping without bleeding is a normal and possibly reassuring thing. When it came on I’d take it as a cue to rest up a bit and drink plenty of water. I personally found the cramps to be worse than period cramps and they settled off around 8 weeks. Just everything stretching! Two lovely DC here who were a product of very crampy early pregnancies.

Omgoshhh !!! That is so reassuring yeah these cramps are definitely more intense than any cramps I’ve ever felt in my life and I’ve been nervous and even wiping myself constantly but I am no bleeding so far just or even spotting just on and off cramps and I’m very very moody LOL but I guess it all comes with the territory tomorrow hopefully they can tell me if my hCG levels are high enough and how many weeks I am thank you so much for replying🥰☺️🙏🏼

My first pregnancy I had really intense cramps in early days and that was a healthy pregnancy. 2nd pregnancy the cramps were mild and that ended in mmc. 3rd pregnancy, cramps are intense so I'm keeping my fingers crossed its a good thing.

Hoping everything goes well with this pregnancy for you🙏🏼💗So far only me and hubby know so tomorrow when I go to my blood test I’m gonna let my doctor now and hopefully these intense cramps are just a little one barreling down for the next nine months I will definitely keep you guys updated and keep me updated on you as well!!!

I’m 8 weeks and weeks 4-6 had the most horrendous painful cramps, like you they’d stop me in my tracks, they’d also wake me up. Never felt anything like them before!
I had a scan at 7 weeks and all is fine, baby had a strong heartbeat.
I think they’re just normal 😊

Iv had many many chemical pregnancies and did before my youngest, he’s almost 4, I got pregnant the two months before I got pregnant with him but both times my lines stayed faint and I began bleeding then my mine vanished. With the 3rd month I got pregnant again and my lines got darker i first tested positive at 7dpo and my period was due 12dpo and on 12dpo I began having pink blood and I was so upset that it was happening again!! I went to A&E because I thought this isn’t right I need this noted down somewhere what’s going on because something must be wrong with me, I went to A&E he took a urine sample and said it was negative!! I said nope I am pregnant but my FRER are much more sensitive than your test. He agreed and asked when I had last taken a test and I said an hour ago and was still faintly positive because my lines hadn’t gotten dark dark yet but just darker than 7dpo, he took blood and told me to wait a week to see which way this was going to go. I cramped all week but no more blood, my first hcg was 94 and a week later is was over 4000, I was sent for a scan and I was 5 weeks and they seen what they needed too.
I carried to term but bled all of the time until 13 weeks it never happened after that but it happened many times before that usually after sex. It was heavy at times and really worried me.

Last year I got pregnant a few times and same again, faint lines from around 7-9dpo that got slightly darker for a day or two then they stopped progressing and bleeding would set it.

I have children already before this and never had any chemicals or miscarriages so I don’t know why it’s started happening now.

When Iv been pregnant with my children, I cramped all the time for the first few months, it’s normal and it’s good to cramp, cramping is the womb growing and stretching, baby is small but the placenta starts to grow immediately and that thing gets big very quickly! Your womb is very small and it has a lot of growing to do to accommodate all of this going on so it cramps when it grows. In early pregnancy Iv only worried if I haven’t cramped as I knew things were not growing.
I’m 8 weeks pregnant now and cramped so much until about week 6. They come and go now and my lines got dark very quickly I was getting dye stealers on. Cheapies during week 4! I worried it was twins but Iv had scans and it’s just 1 lol. So please don’t worry about cramps some times they took my breath away too especially if I move too quick it’s like an awful stitch for few seconds but it is normal

Went to the dr today Got a positive urine test there and they took some blood so I’m waiting for my hCG results to come back but I also have a pelvic ultrasound scheduled for tomorrow just to see if we see her a little sack so hoping all goes well tomorrow thank you ladies so much for sharing your stories and just keeping my spirits up really hoping we see a little yolk sac tomorrow in the uterus and everything is on track to go well.
I’ll definitely keep you guys updated. The cramps today on his birthday heaven he just kind of been on and off especially if I’m standing for too long or walking a lot because I didn’t like errands today I’m just really tired and my cramps are mild at this point

Hcg came back at 36 - had a vag/ pelvic ultra sound but they couldn’t see a sack said it could be to early - dr wants me to come back in two weeks to do blood work again . Just went to the bathroom spotting but it’s bit brighter then I’d like . After the vag ultra sounds spotted barley and it was brown . The cramps aren’t as intense but they are there just mild - should I be worried . Took another test the line is darker then my 17dpo (today i wanna say I’m 21dpo ) but still should I be worried now ??? Ahhh

You should have been offered a repeat blood in 2/3 days to see if your levels are doubling. Did the doctor comment on your level when you got the result?

You need to see if they hcg doubles in 2 days as 36 is very very low. Of course everyone’s starts off very low, below 5, then doubles every 2 days. So if yours is Naturally 3, then 2 days after your baby implants your hcg will be 6, then two days later 12, then 2 days later 24, then 48, and so on. Babies tend to implant on day 6/7/8. Also I was told nothing can be seen on ultrasound until hcg is 1500 if that is true I was told by the lady scanning me at EPU. Did they mention taking more blood? I hope you get to the bottom of this, when I was bleeding with my last baby on 12dpo they took my blood it was 94 and they wouldn’t test it for another week so I sat stressing for a week then it was over 4000

Started bleeding today - woke up to a wipe of dark red blood and now some clots - had a travsvag ultra sound yesterday - feeling completely numb since I had 3 mc before- going to call the sr to see if we can do the hcg blood work again today just to see if it doubled … hoping for the best
