Foot cramps

I've always had dodgy feet really and would occasionally get foot cramps but since I've been pregnant I'm getting it a lot, especially at night when I'm trying to sleep. Has anyone had this and did you find anything that helps?

Ive heard the potassium from bananas is supposed to help

Thank you. I stopped eating bananas for some reason but I bought some yesterday so I'll try that.
