Was wondering if anyone had any experience to share. I'm off to the pharmacy later but just wanted to see if anyone had been in this situation.
I was prescribed a course of amoxicillin which I was waiting to get the prescription for. Whilst waiting I developed some bleeding, attendee the EPU at 9 weeks 3 days pregnant and based on my history with 2 previous MCs, was given cyclogest pessaries to take again (have taken these before).
So I'm now taking the cyclogest pessaries as prescribed but don't know if I can take the amoxicillin at the same time. I know amoxicillin itself is considered safe in pregnancy but I don't know whether it is ok to take whilst on cyclogest.
Anyone has any experience of this?
I'll update later as well once I spoke to the pharmacist.
