At 7w I had my HCG levels checked and it showed 22,000 when I went in for an early us I had 2 yolk sacs measuring 5w 4d. But no embryos. I was hoping the high HCG was a indication of twins and not how far along I should of been. Unfortunately I had a second scan today after 13 days and only 1 sac has an embryo w no HB. Both measure at 6w 1d. I also have a chronic bump that is rare and from I’m reading most often means the pregnancy won’t be viable. the US doctor is calling it pregnancy failure. I see the OBGYN tomorrow to discuss options. I’m debating getting a second opinion or waiting to see if I miscarry naturally versus a D&C. Of course after reading everything I could online I have a small hope that baby B will have a HB in a week. Has anyone else experienced something like this? Any stories or advice appreciated.
