Pregnancy small gaps

Has anyone had 4 children really close in age? How was it? Was the pregnancy/birth okay?

When I say small gaps I mean similar to a 4 year old , 2&1/2 year old 11 month old and new born?

I had a 3 year old and 1 year old and had things been different wouldve had a 4 year old, 2 year old and newborn but it wasnt to be.

I would like another but feel ive left it too late now as would have a 7 yo, 5yo and newborn and it would be like starting again!!

So i say go for it!

@Mammyloveswine thank you so much for your reply and I’m sorry for your lossI quite like having them so close but didn’t know if the 11 months gap was crazy! Aw I feel like it’s never too late! My partner is 1/5 and there is a 12 year age gap between him and his eldest brother!

I have a just 3 year old, a 14 month old and a 4 week old.
I’ll be honest, the first 2 were fine and problem free but the 3rd pregnancy was full of issues and she was in Nicu for 10 days when she was born.
I dont know if it was the extremely small gap or if it would always have happened. If it’s relevant, I’m 37 so my age may have been a factor, it was just like my body had had enough of carrying babies.
I know a few people with 4 under 6ish and they were all fine.

@PersianStar thank you for your reply. I’m sorry to hear you had a hard time and I hope she is all Okay now. my first 3 were all okay apart from first birth! I just feel like as such a small gap with 4 th is it going to cause issues.
