Tummy bug 18 weeks pregnant

I have thrown up twice today so feel awful really anyone else had this in pregnancy and should i be concerned?

You will be fine, baby will be fine. If you can’t keep anything down and keep vomiting I’d call 111 for advice, but generally babies are adept at taking what they need regardless of Mum’s wellbeing. Small sips of water or peppermint tea and lots of rest. Baby will be ok, hope the worst is over for you x

I had Norovirus at about 12 weeks. Was horrible for me but baby was fine. Just stay hydrated.
