Apple cider vinegar unpateurised

I have been having salads with unpasteurised apple cider vinegar in them as a dressing. Then googled it, and apparently it’s not safe during pregnancy (although can’t see anything on the NHS website!)

Can anyone confirm if it will cause my unborn baby any harm? Im still in the first trimester. 🙁

Do you suffer with anxiety? I'd speak to your midwife. This is an irrational fear and if you're going to be this worried by similar things throughout your pregnancy you are going to be in for a tough journey.
I was the same as you with my first baby abs looking back, wish I had spoken to somebody. I made myself ill.
Also please don't Google too many things. Your midwife and the NHS guidance will advise you which foods to avoid, stick to those abs you'll be absolutely fine.
Congratulations to you on your pregnancy 🥰
