Aspirin during pregnancy after MC, any adverse effects on baby?

I've read a few threads about aspirin during pregnancy following an MC. I know it's supposed to be safe at a low dose during pregnancy, but I wondered if any who used it can tell me whether it had lead to adverse effects on baby?

I'm in the middle of an MMC, awaiting confirmation scan and passing of tissue etc, and wondered about aspirin and the effects of it.

Thank you in advance

Loads of people are advised to take aspirin during pregnancy, surely if there was possible adverse effects they would have to tell you the possible risks.

I took aspirin after 2 miscarriages. From positive pregnancy test to birth. My 15 year old is sitting next to me in the sofa now.

Sorry for your loss. I have been there. I was specifically told that aspirin would have increased future miscarriage risk for me, so please do check with a medical professional who knows the nuances of the research behind it.

I was prescribed aspirin by my consultant. I’m currently 31 weeks and have been taking since I was 16 weeks. It was due to preeclampsia.
Think it might work differently for different people but I’d speak to your consultant.
