Hi all, just wondering if anyone has used lidocaine spray or xylocaine spray on their bits postpartum? I know I might not need it but want to get something other than the natural spritz for bits in case I have a lot of pain or burning. I think seeing my SIL in such pain kind of scared the hell out of me and I want to be prepared. I tried ordering dermoplast spray from the US but it never arrived.
