I'm nine weeks today and just wondered when the nausea/ pregnancy symptoms stop. I've not actually been sick and it's pretty mild compared to some, but just wondered when the nauseous feelings subsided ?

For me when baby born

WLAH · 19/02/2022 12:56

9 months of vomiting. For most in 2nd trimester

DramaAlpaca · 19/02/2022 13:00

About 20 weeks for me, in all three of my pregnancies. I had all day nausea and evening vomiting. It wasn't fun.

If you're lucky it should start easing off around 12 weeks, but as you can see from the replies above that doesn't always happen. Hope it does for you.

Violetmo0n · 19/02/2022 13:00

10 weeks for me

Thatsplentyjack · 19/02/2022 15:22

For me...after the birth. With all 3 pregnancies. For a lot apparently 12 weeks.

Garman · 19/02/2022 15:23

Anywhere from 8 weeks to birth.

KizboBaggins · 19/02/2022 15:32

10 weeks for me. Think I must have been one of the lucky ones!

LaBellina · 19/02/2022 15:35

For me after the first trimester. My mother was very unlucky and was sick troughout her whole pregnancy. Unfortunately it differs from pregnancy to pregnancy and its impossible to predict. I hope you feel better soon op, you have my sympathy

Moody123 · 19/02/2022 15:40

This time it stopped about 25 weeks :-(

LuckyWithMyLot · 19/02/2022 15:43

Celina94 · 19/02/2022 16:29

Both pregnancies I have felt better by about 13/14 weeks and then great by 18 onwards. And then a bit crap at the end again, but just uncomfortable and achey, not nausea.

Same. I felt like I was on a boat for at least the first 12 weeks. 🤢 travel sickness bands and eating toast the minute I got up helped a little. Heartburn has replaced the sickness in my third trimester
Hugasauras · 19/02/2022 16:47

Oh gosh yes the heartburn. I'm waiting for that to start. I can't remember when it started with DD1 but by the end I was waking up choking on acid Envy I'm 23 weeks now and feel like any day it could strike!

Bubblemonkey · 19/02/2022 17:45

Like a switch at 13wks

Robin1991 · 19/02/2022 18:13

First trimester nausea and tiredness till about 14 weeks. But then came the back ache, sciatica etc. Heartburn started around 20 weeks. Nausea made a triumphant return around 31 weeks but seems to have gone again around 34. Of course now at 37 I'm constantly tired and sore haha 😄

Lazypuppy · 19/02/2022 18:14

My nausea was awful week 6-11 then it suddenly vanished thank god, it was awful and i was so exhausted

Cappuccino17 · 20/02/2022 04:42

As soon as I entered the 2nd trimester I felt relief it all just vanished like magic!

Juanbablo · 20/02/2022 05:18

In my 3rd pregnancy the nausea stopped around 17 weeks which was the latest for me out of them all.

Luckygreenduck · 20/02/2022 05:49

About 16 weeks for me, everyone said it would stop around 12 weeks and it actually got much worse for after that but then one day really just stopped completely.
It really is horrible so all my sympathy, keep going there will be an end but nobody can say when.

Monday55 · 20/02/2022 19:07

I started feeling sick from around 7 weeks and it went away at 16 weeks.
