Quick and healthy meals

I'm really struggling to think of healthy and quick meals, I work shifts and I just find it difficult without having to go mad with a recipe... does anyone have any recommendations of recipes, cookbooks or or anything in social media I can look at for some good recipes 😃❤️

Have you exhausted noodles with everything yet? That was my go to to try and get veg in me.
