White spirit/spray paint in pregnancy

Last week (5 weeks pregnant) I decided to paint my bedroom to keep me busy and stop my anxious pregnant brain from ticking over.

I did a quick Google search and I think the nhs came up as a snip saying it’s safe to paint in pregnancy…. So I painted my whole room, and I spray painted an ornament (no longer than 5-10 mins)

Anyway, it’s been a week now and I’ve only just thought that spray paint will have solvent in, I’ve bloody googled and everything is saying to don’t use spray paint/solvent based paint.
In addition I also used white spirit.

Naturally, here I am feeing sick with worry.

Has anyone else done the same? And is everything fine?

Honestly i keep having these fleeting moments of anxiety and it’s making me feel so sick. Like who do you talk to about it?
