Hi could I post a pic of partners 5 week scan on here. She’s a history of ectopic pregnancies (2) and so we have undertaken IVF. It has “worked” but we just did a scan at 5 weeks 3 days, the doc rushed off and said all was normal but I fear there is no yolk sac and I want to manage her expectations as it’s been tough in her all the way through. Anyway if anyone can take a look and advise their thoughts I’d be appreciative. Thanks

No one here is going to be able to say as much as a sonographer who has done the scan. You can google the risk of miscarriage before there is a heartbeat visible on a scan.

Your doctor would have said something, it's their duty to tell you.

Yeah if the doctor had concerns they'd tell you. 5 weeks is often too early to see much at all. Congratulations & good luck!
