anxious about symptoms

Hi all, i recently found out i was pregnant, i will be 6 weeks tomorrow and i go in for an early scan tmw- i haven't been nauseous AT ALL since i've been pregnant, sore boobs that come and go...i had frequent urination last week- had to go like crazy, i'm also less bloated than i was last week all of the sudden, but since yesterday, that feeling stopped...I just feel like the few symptoms i did have now are gone, i had a miscarriage in august and this is my first pregnancy since that incident. I'm so scared something is wrong. I don't feel pregnant at all, its like i have no symptoms.

Aw I hope things go well tomorrow. It is so hard not to second guess everything, and even moreso after I miscarriage I would imagine. At 6 weeks, with both my pregnancies, I didn't have many (if any) typical pregnancy symptoms. I felt like my period was going to arrive the week it was due (mild cramps, sore boobs) and then all that stopped. It wasn't until further into the first trimester that I began to feel a bit nauseous and tired. I definitely didn't feel pregnant at 6 weeks. We had tried for a long time and I didn't believe it until I had a scan at 8 weeks xx
