Really worried about lack of pregnancy symptoms

Hi all,

I'm meant to be eight weeks 3 days pregnant. I had a scan just over 2 weeks ago where I was measured 6 weeks, 0 days and a heartbeat. However, I don't really seem to have any symptoms.
Needed to wee a lot between 4-6 weeks but that's died down. Very occasional feelings of nausea, but no actual vomiting. Boobs are a tiny bit bigger, sometimes feel a little sore t, ( but nothing to bad) but often feel completely normal. A little tired but not really that much.
I've also been tested positive for covid-19 a couple of days ago, ( completely asymptomatic and no Covid symptoms either), but got a positive PCR via work. I'm terrified this lack f symptoms means a missed or silent miscarriage. Any advice ?

Hi OP. I'm 19 weeks now with twins. If you looked at my Google history weeks 9-15, it was constant panic as my symptoms would come and go, disappear for weeks at a time etc and I'm having two babies!

I kept looking at my nipples too as that's all I had to go by. I would try not to worry so much, although I know how hard it can be! I had terrible sickness from 3 weeks until about 8.5 weeks and it just vanished. All is ok though. I would book a scan if you are able at some point as they help me a lot.

I am 39W and have had pretty much no symptoms the whole way through apart from a bit of heartburn now. No sickness, nausea, pelvic, back pain or anything. Just remember every pregnancy, birth, and baby are very different and people are very quick to talk about the negatives.

All great in each check up, just hoping he makes his safe arrival soon. Good luck with you pregnancy journey 😊

I had very few early pregnancy symptoms. Boobs a bit sore and a little more tired than normal. No nausea, sickness etc. Felt no different most of the time. Two healthy DC, and complication free pregnancies (if you ignore the SPD- complication free for them!)

Early private scans put my mind at rest a little, if that’s an option for you.

Thanks, I am panicing now as my boobs don't even feel sore, and I keep telling myself I felt nauseous this morning as a comfort !

With my first pregnancy I had next to no symptoms, I pretty much sailed right through it, no aches, pains, sickness - nothing! Felt so easy at the time!
Second pregnancy - I'm currently 17 weeks - and it's been a bit more rough! Back aches, pulling and stretching feeling, nausea for a couple weeks and heartburn.

Not every pregnancy is the same - so honestly I wouldn't worry about that Smile
