Pregnancy after miscarriage

So I mentioned I had a faint line I had a faint line again when I took pregnancy test but its still quiet faint my mc was 3 weeks ago I don't know when I'm expecting a period so don't really know.how.many dpo I am or anything.
But I noticed iv had thick discharge and sore boobs and increased saliva can these be signs of pregnancy?

Yeah I had negative 2 weeks ago x I checked twice

I would get a frer and keep testing then !

If you've had a negative test since your MMC I would keep on testing!
