Small baby concerns?

Hi all, I'm 23 weeks and 5 days. Had 24 week midwife apt today and she said baby was palpating quite small. She did a fundal height and it was 20cm but she said its not very reliable at this stage anyway. At 20 week scan all measurements came out as being 19w +1/2 days and I was 20+4, didn't really think much of it and sonographer didn't say anything either. I'm already booked in for growth scans at 30, 34 and 38 weeks due to previous IUGR with but I can't remember much detail other than she consistently plotted around 5th centile until 36 weeks and then dropped to 1st and I was kept in and induced. Does anyone think this baby may be following suit? Last time I had low Papp-A and this time round they've not identified that so was hoping for an easier ride.
Midwife booked me in for growth scan on Thursday. I can't remember when they started talking about centiles last time. Any advice/help would be much appreciated.
