Is skyr okay?

Might be a silly one but I've got some skyr yogurt in the fridge, is it made from pasteurised milk ?? It doesn't say on the container just says milk

Completely fine! It has to say if it is unpasteurised x

Traditionally skyr isn't pasteurised but the stuff they sell in supermarkets is so that's fine just don't eat it from a farm in Iceland

😆 I read it's actually cheese !! So then I was like hmm I wonder if it's pasteurised if it's more traditional ! It's so filling though was thinking it might stop me eating crap all day long
