37 and 3 days

Hello, so I’m 37 and 3. Two days ago I was in hospital due to cramping and unsure if waters went (turns out i peed myself) all fine and sent home. Some tightenings were picked up on monitor.
The next day had some brown discharge , would this be from midwife doing an internal? Today I’ve woke, loose stool and feeling a bit off . Fuzzy head, tight tummy (skin almost feels bruised and tender around belly button) feeling sicky and pain in lower back and hips coming and going.
My two previous births were 11 and 12 years ago and both were early- 38 weeks and 35 weeks so I may just be anticipating another early birth. Just wandering if anyone had anything like this and how long after you went into labour?

I swear I could of wrote this! All mine were in different stages tho, so I woke up at 39.5 weeks pregnant feeling sicky, light head (I do suffer from low blood sugar) I had some sharp achy pains in my lower back, the whole pregnancy I was constipated, so at 8 that night I got the urge to run the toilet, it was just watery loose stools (tmi) I knew at the point something was happening, I got a shower and four hours later my waters broke! The pains started to get heavier in my lower back, baby was back to back so had no pains in front at all, I gave birth on my due date 27 hours after waters breaking 😩 good luck x

I've been having a lot of your symptoms for over a week now been in to be monitored twice as I'm 36+4 and nothing was happening been told they are all normal but could still mean labor is weeks off
