Hi! FTM and 39+3. I keep getting period like pains and backache (this can be constant whilst I’m active but then fade as I’m lounging around), as well as shooting pains in my cervix every now and then. I’ve got a headache that comes and goes too and every now and then I feel like I need to go to the toilet but can’t (not constipated as can go when I don’t necessarily feel the need beforehand, sorry TMI). My stomach sometimes hardens with the pains but not always, and there is no pattern. They kept me awake from about 4.30am last night, and started yesterday morning. I’ve noticed a lot more discharge for about 2 weeks now but no mucous plug, I’m totally not convinced this could be early labour but people keep telling me it could be, I’ve tried to (carefully) reach my cervix just to see, but can’t feel a thing! I’ve got a sweep booked for Thursday which is my due date, but I’d like to try and avoid it if it’s going to be unnecessary pain 😬 Thanks in advance!
