Pregnant after miscarriage - tips?

Hi,

I’m pregnant again after my third MMC in December. We had started with some tests at the recurrent miscarriage clinic but the results aren’t back yet. Except for thyroid, I’ve been diagnosed with under active thyroid and have started with Levothyroxine. I’m also taking pregnancy vitamins, Vit D3, progesterone pessaries and aspirin (progesterone only started after first BFP on Friday at 18dpo). I want this pregnancy to last so much, is there anything you did different on successful pregnancy following miscarriage? Diet, exercise, acupuncture, anything? I want to give it my best shot!
Thanks

It sounds like you're on everything that is usually recommended!

Thanks @Kaw10 Smile
Yes, it feels like (hopefully) I’m on all the right stuff health wise, I was more thinking can acupuncture help, or yoga, or any special foods! I think I’m just a bit desperate to cover all bases!

I'm currently 12 weeks following 3 losses. I'm on cyclogest as prescribed by my consultant. I've been able to be less anxious this time because I have truly accepted that it is not in my control. Nothing I eat or do, whether I stress or relax, whether I exercise or veg out (with the exception of mainlining heroin etc) is going to be what keeps or looses my baby. None of my other losses were my fault. None of your losses were your fault. Nothing you did or could have done would change what happened. Wishing you all the best of luck!

@LittleChicken11 hi 👋 I’ve recently seen Lesley Regan after 1 failed implantation. The clinic that she consults through have sent me a good pdf document about miscarriage which I can share with you. Just send me a private message with your e-mail and I will happily send it to you. I am also on Levotyroxine. Due to some gene mutations, they recommended me taking Low dose heparin injections after a positive pregnancy test. Because I don’t have any Theombophillia or Clotting issue, they said I shouldn’t be taking any aspirin, so it really depends case by case. I am thinking to also do some immunology tests if my implantation fails again after frozen embryo transfer but that will be on a separate clinic I guess. Good luck anyway 🤞😊
