I am 2 days late but negative pregnancy test?

I am two days late today and I have had a negative pregnancy test. My last period was on the 11th of January but according to my FLO app, I am officially two days late today, any suggestions on what this could be please?

I would say 2 days late is nothing. Could be anything, stress etc. But if you are pregnant maybe it's too early for tests?

Late ovulation. Can be caused by loads of different things, including COVID and the COVID vaccine.

Echoing a PP - covid messed with my cycles. If you've had that or a jab in the last month or two that could be the answer.

Did you test first thing in the morning? Are you stressed? Dieting?

Didn't test first thing in the morning and not stressed at all, diet hasn't changed

Try testing as soon as you wake up.
