Movements at 22 weeks?

Just wondering what should movements be like at 22 weeks? How often should I feel the baby etc?
I’m so worried all the time. I only started to feel movements at 19 weeks. She (the baby) was super active on Tuesday particularly kicking me all day! But last two days Ive hardly felt much, especially so far today, maybe a few small kick feelings at best. Should I worry, call maternity unit, or not worry at this stage? Thank you.

I'd say any time you're worried you should go and get checked out. Don't let them fob you off either (some of them like to try), what you've described IS reduced movements. Hope alls oK.

Sorry just adding of course it doesnt necessarily mean there's anything wrong but I think it's always best to check x

Reduced movements should ALWAYS be be flagged up to your maternity unit.

It’s most likely everything is fine and just that baby has moved position - however you must always speak to a midwife if you notice reduced movements. In my experience they are always happy to talk to you and if required to monitor baby. If you tell them you are worried they will usually invite you in.
