Vitamin b6 for nausea (UK)

Hi all,

Currently 7+2 and feeling very nauseous and dizzy all the time. I am expecting number three so am really struggling to keep up with my other two as well as work. I've seen articles about taking vit b6 which seems to really help but not alot relevant to use in the UK. I don't really want to call the gp as they aren't the best here.

Any experiences please?

My GP (UK) reccommended vitamin b. I'm also prescribed some antihistamines that are OTC travel sickness tablets.

My GP offered to prescribe me some alongside the anti sickness medication (cyclizine) she gave me, but I was already taking some anyway. There is definitely evidence that it can work.

If it’s bad, do give your GP a call. There are various options - probably cyclizine first, then other things if that doesn’t work.
