Empty Sac at 7 weeks

Someone please help as I’m going INSANE. I went for a private scan at 6 weeks 6 days that confirmed I had an empty sac and a bleed around the sac - sac was also measuring at 4 weeks 6 days …. They referred me to the hospital 4 days later where they did a scan and dated the sac at 5 weeks and 4 days - which matches the EXACT date of conception (same as the first private scan did) (I know when we conceived as it was only one time in the month we weren’t careful) - they’ve told me to go back to hospital on Tuesday which would be a week later to see if they can see anything being as the sac is only measuring at 5 weeks 4 days it can be too soon to see anything - but going from the date of my last lmp I should have been 6 weeks 6 days. Just find it mad that the sac is measuring to the EXACT date of conception… it’s the only thing giving me any kind of hope.

I’ve had no bleeding, mild cramps but nothing alarming. I’m praying for some success stories. But I know my dates are absolutely correct. Is there any chance the sac could just be measuring from conception date and that’s why nothing was seen??

Hi. Unfortunately it ended up sad news for me. I ended up having to wait till I was nearly 11 weeks before they would confirm it was a missed miscarriage and then had to start the miscarriage for me unfortunately. It was an unpleasant experience but I am now 14 weeks pregnant after conceiving 2 months after my miscarriage. So always a rainbow after the storm xx
