Breast pads

Hi,

Can anyone help please.

I'm 22 weeks pregnant and my breasts have started leaking clear fluid. Does anyone know of any breast pads that go onto the skin and not on the bra/clothing?

My issue is I have large breasts which constantly move around in bed at night, its so uncomfortable wearing a bra at night and it's impossible to have a breast pad on my clothes as it just doesn't work.

Well, no, none of them stick to skin, sorry.

Can't help with the breast pads but I've been leaking loads since around 20 weeks, I just wear an old T-shirt to bed & it soaks into that.
I haven't had it get on the sheets enough that they need changing more often than I would usually.

I have big breasts. I found seamless bralettes amazing and held a pad no problem! I slept well with these.
