Evening!
Im so so so hungry all of the time and I'm worried it's getting a bit out of hand
I'm 22 weeks pregnant and wasn't nearly this hungry with my last pregnancy, which produced a big baby. Will I have an absolute whopper this time due to allllllllllll the bread, porridge and cheese? I crave lots of protein food too like eggs and yogurt but no matter what/how much I eat I'm hungry an hour later
I eat a few pieces of fruit a day and usually have a salad (not a MN salad though ;) ) or vegetables with my main meal so it's not all beige crap.
Normal weight/BMI at my booking appointment, I daren't weigh myself now. I do struggle with my pregnancy body and how much it changes/gets so big but happy to make that sacrifice to have a healthy baby.
Any advice? The constant hunger is getting me down and I'm so conflicted all the time
...maybe I have worms?
