Any midwives who can decipher this?

Hi all,
I'm wondering if anyone could help me decipher this from my maternity notes. I had to have my booking apt over the phone last week, as I have covid. We talked about how I have had 2 ELCS previously and the plan was to have a third, but this looks to me like ages saying I want a VBAC?!? I have copied the entry below. If anyone could help me to decipher it I would be very grateful!

Antenatal Management Plan
Previous Caesarean(s) Preterm clinic referral if LSCS at Full dilatation Low Risk: MLC-If undelivered by T+7 midwife to discuss IOL Requesting ERCS Cons Appointment @ 39 weeks High Risk; CLC- Consultant to manage mode of delivery SOP- VBAC

I think it's saying consultant to manage the VBAC appointment and discuss it with you at 39 weeks. But then they've put discuss induction of labour if you get to term + 7.

Maybe worth having a chat with them at your 16 week appointment to get referred in - it's my understanding that after 2 sections they'd prefer you to have another anyway?

Thank you. Yes, that was what I made of it... When we spoke on the phone she said we would definitely go for a third section, so this really threw me!

I will talk to her when I see her at 16 weeks, which isn't too far away. It just set off my anxiety reading this!!
