Tips on comfortable sleeping

Do any of you lovely ladies have any tips for sleeping comfortably and having big boobs? 😔
I'm 8w+4d and for a while now I wake up at least 5 times during the night to turn over and my boobs are killing! I need to hold them as I turn then get comfortable again.
I've thought of wearing a sports bra to bed, but I'm wearing one all day and can't wait to get it off, of course then the pain sets in..
Just looking to see if there's anything others have done :)

Maybe try taking off your bra in the evening for a “break”, but then put it back on for bed. I had to do this for a few days when my milk came in with my first DC.

This particular discomfort should thankfully only last a few weeks!

Omg this is me!! I'm only 7 weeks but having the same boob issue. I found wearing a thin microfibre crop top - I think mine is sloggi - to bed at night helps. It's so thin I barely know I'm wearing it, but it kind of keeps everything in one place. I hope you find some boob peace soon ....

Get sleeping bras. If you are bfing they are useful anyway. I found them so comfortable — I’m 30K so am always more comfortable with some support.

Thanks ladies! Another restless sleep lol so I'll be off to buy some comfortable ones today :) never even thought of a light bra just to keep them in place

Get the ones labelled as being for sleeping, they are properly comfortable.
