I'm looking for someone too basically tell me I'm normal and how too get help?.
So with my sons pregnancy I was quite angry , it was super traumatic (sons twin passed at 19 weeks). I got through it though.
I'm currently 13 weeks pregnant as of tomorrow. I'm constantly crying and just really down. I fixate on things that make me sad and can't let them go easily. I think I'm becoming depressed and anxious. Is this prenatal depression or the start of?

It could be, I'd speak to your midwife if concerned. They've seen it all before so will know how best to help.

It could be.

I’ve had AND and the best thing I’d say is don’t do what I did. Which nit say a word to anyone and pushed through.
Ask your MW or fo and see your GP. Be honest about how you are feeling, as in really feeling. Don’t hesitate to go back if you don’t feel better.

The good thing about AND is that it totally lifts up as soon as the baby is born.
