Use of industrial cleaners during pregnancy

Hello! Apologies for paranoid post, but i am currently pregnant and moving house. My husband booked a cleaning company to clean before we move in , and they have told us they will use 'industrial strength' cleaners to clean before we move in. We will open windows and air the house after they have been, but I am worried that the cleaning products will linger somehow on surfaces and cause damage to my unborn baby. Am I being paranoid? I read articles on internet about dangers of toxic cleaning products and so a bit worried!!

Relax. You're paranoid. It's cleaning products and a one off clean

Congratulations on pregnancy by the way

Thank your lucky stars you are not a professional cleaner or you'd be panicking about this for 9 whole months

Thanks bananaleafy! Agree I'm over thinking it!

Relax, they cant linger, and from now to tell you the smell is just a smell of it being clean and not toxic vapours 😄

I worked as cleaner until 4 month pg with my first, hes ok. Unless u sit there all day breathing from the bleach bottle youre ok x
