I'm 29 weeks now and have had a horrendous few nights sleep being woken up with really painful, achey legs. I can only really liken it to growing pains or light cramps. It disappears when I get up so I'm guessing it's something to do with baby lying on certain nerves. The only position I can get comfy is on my back but I know I'm not meant to sleep in that position at this stage! Did anyone else experience this and is there anything I can do to improve it?
