Round ligament pain question

Does RLP only happen when you move? I'm 17 weeks tomorrow and I've been noticing little slightly sharp twinges where my uterus would normally be.

I'm 16+2 and am getting twinges. I'm assuming it's my squashed bladder and bowel trying to work around the uterus and possibly getting poked by little feet!
