Major food/smell aversions, help!

Hi all. I'm currently 15 weeks pregnant and since about week 7 have been really struggling with food/smell aversions.

I know lots of pregnant women experience this, but I have a strong aversion to almost everything! Food wise, initially all I could eat was mashed potato. Now I'm able to tolerate about 4 different dinners, but everything else makes me gag/throw up. Plain pasta made me throw up the other day. Bread is one of the worst things. And it's not just food, washing powder, soap, shampoo, my contact lenses, the smell of fresh air... everything is repulsive to me. I have to wear a nose peg whilst brushing my teeth because toothpaste is revolting!

Has anyone else experienced this, and does it go before giving birth? It's really getting me down and I worry I'm not getting the nutrients me and the baby need.
