first ultrasound

First ultrasound 12/13 weeks. I'm first time Dad so I have a lot of worries about pregnancy I'm very nervous, anybody have an idea on what the gender might be? Also the head looks really large.. lol I'm just hoping for a healthy child.

Aw that's a lovely scan. I think all baby's heads look out of proportion on scans so I wouldn't worry. I would guess it's a boy as the forehead shape looks similar to my two boy's scans.
