So I am currently 34+4 and for the past couple of weeks my ankles and feet have been really swollen. They're generally okay if I prop them up on the sofa all day but that's not really an option when I'm at work.
I find that the days I have work/need to go out etc the swelling gets worse and makes finding a pair of shoes problematic!
I do try to prop them up as much as possible and avoid tight shoes/socks where I can but any other tips or tricks that people have found helpful?
As a side note I've been tested for pre-eclampsia and it's not that. Just seems to be my water retention!
