I am 2 months old pregnant. Can anyone suggest to me a multi-vitamin box that suited them? I have had a really nauseous pregnancy so want to get some feedback back from momma's who've gone through the same

Inessa Pregnancy Multivitamin + their Advanced omega 3

Good to just have one or two tablets in first trimester if you're feeling dodgy.

From about 24 weeks I've really liked taking the BioCare Nutrisorb Liquid Methyl B Complex, with a sublingual Vitamin D3+K2, big dose of Vitamin C, and the Inessa Advanced Omega 3 and zinc lozenges.

Low B6 has been associated with morning sickness and I can definitely say that my morning sickness started to get better when I started taking the Methyl B complex.

If you can afford to it's really useful to use Thriva and get your own bloods done, not for everyone, but I love all that stuff!
