I'm 13dpo today I had mc on 9th Jan and O'd on 23rd Jan (exactly on time) confirmed by +opk. I have always had really regular cycles and now af is 3 days late. I had left ovary pain 10 and 11dpo and have had cramps on and off since 6dpo, i only normally get cramps 1 day before af. Had bfn yesterday. Are these cramps etc a good sign for bfp? Is af likely to just be late?
