Hiya! I'm thinking of buying the Elvie pelvic floor trainer but I'm wondering if it's really worth it. Does anyone have any experience with it? Thanks!

I've got one, but haven't used it in ages - I think it works but the little 'games' you have to play on your phone are a bit fiddly, (in one, you have to squeeze to hit targets, so if you timing's out for one, you can't really catch up for the rest) and I found them too annoying in the end. I should really try again, though, as they may have updated the app.

I got one because it was recommended by NHS physio. I liked the games, and it felt good that I was doing something proactive.

5 years later my midwife told me that the NHS do not recommend it, so I haven’t gone back to it.

1:1 pilates was the answer for my pelvic floor .
