I'm waiting on call back from out of hours gp just need someone settle my nerves

I had my daughter by c scetion 25 days ago
My section has an over lap and was told it may leak abit for awhile but today I woke up my wound is very red and weeping more and it's a greeny puss colour
Also when I went to the toliet I had gush red blood and now have red coming onto my pad my bleeding stopped 4 days ago I've only had brown discharge
I've also had lower back pain the last couple of days
I'm really worried somethings wrong
Could a c section wound cause me to start bleeding again
Anyone had this happen my partner booked us a trip away on valentines night now wondering if need to cancel it not going away when I'm like this
