Pregnancy 4/5 weeks

Hi all I went for an early scan last week and the women told me I was about 4 weeks and to early to see anything when I left and she handed my paper work to me she out no fetal pole seen and no yolk sac and wrote I am 6 weeks I am confused how there was nothing on screen at 6 weeks? Has anyone has this before she give me a scan picture and circled something on the scan which I can't make out what she's even circled I have to go back in 2 weeks for a rescan has anyone experienced anything like this?

I'm not to sure as my periods have never been regular so I'm really unsure

It's hard to help really if you don't know when your last period was. Can you upload the scan picture?

As stated. They told me 4 weeks but wrote on my hospital notes 6 weeks no fetal pole or yolk seen but my scan picture she circled something then told Me to come back in 2 weeks for rescan

Yes i had this when I was between 4 and 6 weeks, I needed to be scanned when I saw Marie Stopes (I was terminating) and they couldn't see anything I the sac so I was referred to my own hospital for a more in depth scan and they found it.

I had ultrasound and internal and still only a sac but they give me a scan picture and circulated a little bit but never told me anything else apart from come back in 2 weeks for rescan

If you're only 4 weeks then it's right that they can only see a gestational sac atm, but I agree you should call to clarify !

Hello, I’m after some advice please.
In June I had a miscarriage. I bled for a few days around 4. Me and partner, had sex, and continued for the rest of june. Then July, we fell out I did not see him. No sex for the whole of July. I had a period on the 12th of July for four days, and again on the 19 of July for 6 days. My periods are usually irregular. Then this month we started sleeping together again. My period is late. So I’ve done a pregnancy test, I did a clear blue, it’s came up positive 2-3. Would this mean I conceived in August, and I’ve found out super earlier. I was told to book private scan, today I went they've said they can see a yolk sac but no embryo, and I could possibly be 4/5 weeks, and this could be the reason to why they can only see the sac but no embryo as it’s too early. Or I could have another miscarriage and I have to wait two weeks and re do a pregnancy test. Has anyone got any advice please
